We want every agency partner to feel 100% confident in their investment. If AgencyNest does not meet your agency's operational expectations, we offer clear, customer-first refund policies without hidden hurdles.

Every new agency can explore AgencyNest with a 14-day full-featured free trial. You can connect your ad accounts, invite team members, set up lead pipelines, and generate client reports with zero upfront financial commitment.

No credit card is required to start your trial. You will only be billed if you explicitly choose to activate a paid subscription plan.

All monthly subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Agency Pro) include a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from the timestamp of your payment charge.

If you experience technical issues, integration blockers, or determine the platform is not the right fit for your team within the first 7 days of subscription activation, simply submit a request and we will refund 100% of your plan fee.

Annual plans come with our comprehensive 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide to cancel within 30 calendar days of activating an annual contract, you will receive a full 100% refund of the annual subscription charge.

Cancellations requested after the 30-day window will prevent upcoming auto-renewals, and your agency account will remain fully functional until the end of your prepaid annual billing period.

We keep the refund process simple and respectful of your agency's time. You do not need to attend high-pressure retention calls.

To request a refund, please send an email from your registered agency admin account to support@agencynest.in with the following details:

• Your registered AgencyNest email address and Agency Tenant ID.
• Your Razorpay Payment ID or Invoice Number.
• A brief description of why the platform did not fit your agency's workflow (helps us improve).

All subscription payments and refunds for AgencyNest are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) via Razorpay, complying with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards.

Once your refund is approved by our billing team (typically within 24 hours), Razorpay transmits the credit back to your original payment method:

• UPI & NetBanking: Typically credited within 2 to 4 business days.
• Credit / Debit Cards: Typically reflected in your card statement within 5 to 7 business days depending on your issuing bank.

We respect your agency's data ownership. When a refund or cancellation is processed:

• Your team receives a 30-day data export window to download all client records, lead logs, CRM contacts, and historical performance reports in CSV/PDF format.
• After the 30-day grace period, all tenant data is permanently and securely purged from our active databases in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

• Requests submitted after the expiration of the 7-day (monthly) or 30-day (annual) money-back period.
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., unauthorized spamming, illegal activities, fraud).
• Direct ad spend incurred on third-party ad networks (Meta Ads, Google Ads) — AgencyNest only bills for software access, not ad spend paid to ad platforms.
